hi I have encountered a problem with MS Outlook 2007. When i create an account then it is making two folders like personal folders and a folder with my email id.. my all mails are falling in the mail id folder, but it made it very slow and without an internet connection i am not able to move my mails to created subfolders from my mail is folder. My deleted items are not showing in anywhere, not even deleted folder. And my sent items are falling in subfolder of personal folder. I just want that my all mails should be in one folder whether it is on personal folder or mail id folder. how can i do this? Please solve my problem.
try implementing a rule to receive mails in a particular folder or configure your outlook setting again and select POP3 option while configuring outlook..
