I really don't want to sell this blog, but I must because I know it's worth something and I really need the money. I have just started working with a 8 billion dollar company, and it requires about $150 to get registered and have access to all of their products, and about $50 to register with the team that will be mentoring me. It's a bit confusing, but I just want you to know, whoever buys this is really helping me out in being able to take on this opportunity of my dreams. This is a huge job for me, and I have already met a couple millionaires personally just messing around in this business.

I'm not asking for all $200 for the blog that I need, but whatever is reasonable. I will be accepting offers, but the BIN price that I am going to put on the site is $120 for now. Remember, the price is very flexible and I will be considering just about any offer above $50-60. If I get a low offer, then I will wait a few days before considering it to see if someone will offer more.

It has made $2.22 in AdSense since it's opened, and it's not even a month old. It has over 2,500 unique visitors since it opened, and all of the content is 100% unique and of high quality (almost 40 posts, 20 of them are design inspiration). I will be selling the theme as well, it is a customized Elegant-Themes.com theme (I have permission to do so, if you want proof I can provide proof). I designed the background image myself, but all the coding and everything else is credit to Elegant Themes.

The sites Alexa rank has jumped down wayyyyy far since it opened as well, it's at nearly 500,000 on the spot. This blog is really something to me and I am pretty sure with the link building I was doing with it, it should have PR with the next update. I have gotten some high quality, high PR backlinks already via blog commenting.

The blog has 87 pages indexed in Google, and I guess about 8 backlinks, but this isn't counting the other various links I've gotten via blog commenting. It really has potential, and to someone who is as passionate about designing as I am, this is something that I've already started and gotten off it's feet for you, and the traffic is actually great so far. I am really surprised at how well it is doing already, and there hasn't been much promotion done other than submitting a tutorial I wrote to a few sites, and social bookmarking/word of mouth/signature links.

If you want proof of anything, please only ask for it if you are genuinely interested in buying this blog. I think it's at a great price for it, honestly. Also, if you have any questions, feel free to ask me.

An 8 billion dollar company is asking you for $150 to work for them? Sounds like a scam...be careful!!

Your site images look great! So, the $2.22 was made in how many days? 30??

 

I know, it does seem like a scam, but I have a 6 month guarantee on it, and they will refund it fully if I don't like the business. It's worth a shot to me.
How they explained it though was that they charge so little because they don't need the money really, but they can't just have everyone signing up for a free business. They have been in the biz for 50 years and have already surpassed the investment they made to start the company, so they can afford to do it. I guess, that's how they explained it.

The revenue was made in about 30 days, yes. I had 1 click for $1.84, the rest were 2 low paying clicks, and a couple cents from impressions.
