    hi,
I would suggest you to buy a new printer that is compatible to windows 7. You can buy HP Officejet Pro 8000 as it is compatible to windows 7 and has good printing quality with affordable price. I bought this cheap but good printer last month from kelkoo and i had a good experience with it!

I'm about to buy a printer, and i want to know your experiences with diferent brands of printers on windows 7. Can't really find driver support on web sites.

This printer will be rather complex because it will be networked/fax/OCR operational/Printer.

I have one brother model and a HP L7680 that contains all the goodies that i need. Anybody here got any experience with any of those brands on Windows 7? 64 Bits of course.

In my experience Brother and HP printers... the new ones.... you shouldn't have any problems installing it on Windows 7 64 bit. Personally I will go for HP, as it's tried and tested before.

I never faced this types of problem. Make sure you have installed W7 appropriately. And collect your printer driver software from HP official site.
