    Hi All,

As my subject above, my domain was display without WWW on SERP from 7 months ago, but today i found on Google SERP it's changed and Google display my domain with WWW.

Why it could be ? and what is the implication as my website has good position in several target keywords, also i have backlinks to my domain without WWW

Thank your for any advice and comments

It's possible that some prominent sites have started backlinking your site with the www version of the domain, and Google have picked up that version as a result.

It's generally a good idea to pick either the www or non www version of the domain and concentrate on promoting that version. Use htaccess, or configure your server, to redirect the version you don't want to the version you do want. This will concentrate the link juice that your site receives, rather than having it diluted between different versions of the domain.

I'm not sure that Google actually regards www and non www versions as different sites, though. The people at Google are pretty smart, and it's fairly easy to identify that the same site is being accessed via different URL variations. A lot of stats programs, etc, still treat these cosmetic variations in the URL as differnet sites, though - which is damn annoying.

its also wise to note that Google can think of the the "www" and "non www" versions of your site as different sites
