Giving more information about your site would help.

Try info:yourdomain.com on google that will tell whether your site is banned or not.
If its not banned then here is some possible reason for n/a rank

Just been to your site... You have a PR 0 not n/a, also when Google comes to your site they expect to find a contact and piracy policy page which you don't have, there has just been a new PR update not sure what that is yet but I will look into it...

Also did you know that sites are not ranked by PR? Most of my sites are PR 0 and out rank PR 4 sites about 95% of the time, also I noticed you have about 900 links, the thing is most of them may be carrying very little weight.

It is also possible that the links that got your site to PR 3 have gone nofollow that may be why.

you must have lost some PR backlinks. if you are concerned about PR, then start building some backlinks and by next PR update, it will go up depending on how many links yo build

Backlinks= Page rank....so if you dropped then your backlinks have been lost or devalued. Did you change some pages without setting up 301 redirects?

    How old is your site?

The PR3 you have last time could be just a fluke PR. :)

It just now shows your real number, I suggest you build more links especially with same niche.

It sounds like you have been penalised. My fiance's blog also suffered the same fate, it was a PR3 previously after the latest update but last week, it suddenly dropped to PR0.

If you could give the url, that would be better. N/A only appears when a site is not yet indexed by Google. Recheck your PR info using an online tool. It might just be a glitch.

your pr will be down because you will not work properly. so the google algorithm wiill be detcted your pr 3 to N/a. but will be improve your pr with working on theme releated off-page optimizations and on-page optimizations........

Your PR is 0, not N/A
Maybe due to some link selling activity found on your website
