I wouldn't worry it is likely to come back providing that your "SEO expert" isn't getting spammy links. IJust goes to show that there is no such thing as an SEO expert. Just follow google's guidelines which are free and you can't go wrong. Base you site on high quality content, blog or post on forums everyday (but don't spam.) and update your content regularly. We are due a PR update in mid to late Jan and the PR N/A may be google just reindexing.
Hi Mate.... There may be several reasons for this.... 1. It may have happened that this guy uses black heat techniques and your site may even have penalized by google... 2. It may have happened that the PR has drastically changed for the sites your linking to...(Very unlikely) 3. Its the time when google has update PR...And its showing N/A which happens in a case where google has not considered ur url while updating the page rank .... Thanks...
Thank god i know alittle SEO and the basics for starting, it always scares me redoing the keywords and stuff AFTER the site has aged
Chancey and poshswinger people do mistakes but it doesn't mean you tell the other person kick him out. What if you do some mistake on the client's site and he kick you out on that. So this is not a place where you are giving these kind advice to the person who don't know SEO.
Wait for a month, there will be some minor PR update for inner pages, like every time .. In your case, I think NA means changing PR, not deindexed ..
http://www.bionixwallpaper.com is the page with PR4. http://www.bionixwallpaper.com/index.html is the page unranked.
as per my understanding my suggestion is keep it basic, dont do too much of SEO effort, concentrate on providing the most unique content and of very high quality. Look forward to use really effective anchor text ( dont use the same always ) and Get link backs from the best. ( rather than getting 1000 PR1 link backs, get 20 PR 4 link backs ) hope it helped Cheers josh
N/A could appear when you are penalized by google. Try searching in google site:yourdomain or info:yourdomain.com. If no result returns, it means you are penalized!
Also at least theoretically if the quality (measured by their incoming links) of the sites (ever all) that are linking to you is lower, your PR should be lower, too.
