my ppl account limited for more than 180 days

    i want to know if is it possible to withdraw to US bank of my friend in US ?

    You are only allowed to withdraw to your own bank account in your own country, the one which is listed in your paypal account. You cannot send or transfer money to anyone else but yourself.

    Does your friend share the same name as you ? If so, it may be possible.

    it is possible to withdraw to usa bank account. tell your friend in usa to create sub account (he will know what it is) and u can add that bank account and withdraw the amount. its customer protection law which prevents from disclosing the personal details of account holder. just the routing number and account number and name of the bank should be correct.
