My post not Indexing from last 3 years.

Yes, maybe little bit overhyped ttitle, but its really almost like that.

At teen forum http://goteen.net/ there are thousands of topics, but because of google duplicate content penalisation (probably i just guess) it got deindexed. Please how you suggest to index these thousands of pages again, for more than 2 years i have my sitemap submited to webmaster tools, but only bare minimum pages is indexed.

 

submit your rss feed in google feed burner that automatically all pages will be indexed

 

Use Google Webmaster Tool and it's fetch option

hi

you should try to change url's
for example:
some-site/girls-forum
change to
some-site/girls-thoughts-forum

and then in webmaster tools use "fetch as google".
Don't forget to use .htaccess to block (410) or redirect(403) the old link.
Of course, if you have sitemap, dont forget to change it.

 

but i see that your urls are a bit awful

 

can you use 'Fetch as Google' to make it reload and re-submit a sitemap? I have sites where the sitemaps haven't changed but the content of the pages has, how do i force it to re-visit those pages?

 

as per my knowledge, it is good to fetch the post in google webmaster better option than feed burner becoz this service is closed by google.
