My post count got dropped?

I went to bed last night and had 180 something posts. I get up this morning and had somewhere in the low 170s. Anyone know why this is?

Not that post count really matters, just found it strange.

 

This happened with me too. I guess moderators delete useless posts

 

Hey many members like you in dp, found the same problem i think it is due to data base error.

 

Nope, Moderator did not deleted your post.This problem occurred due to Database problem.

I am also facing same problem. I Lost 68 post today.

Anyway let's forget and try to make more post.

So the posts are actually there, but there is some error which causes a wrong number to be shown in the user's profile?

 

Same here.Just found my post count decreased from 2,991 posts to 2,771.
My Post count decreased 250+ posts in one month..

 

Wow everyone is losing posts... i didnt pay attention to my post count so i dont know if i lost or not

Some database issue i guess,couple of weeks back my 500 posts were deleted.
