"My Pool Of Advertisements" questions

    Under "My Pool Of Advertisements" what is the deal with the drop down list with numbers 1-15?

    If you have 2 ads and select 1 for both then each gets 50% of the total weight right?

    Is that any different than selecting 2 for both of them which also shows 50% weight?
