My placement: theoretically correct, practically incorrect. WHY?

Hello everybody!

Since this forum is full of knowledge I was hoping some of you could share with me. Because I used up all my clever scheme's, even plan Z failed!

So the problem:
I have placed my ads the way every super1337guru on the internet tells me to, in theory it should have a good CTR I reckon.
Though for me practically it just doesn't seem to work, my CTR is TRASH!

Some things that could be part of the problem?
- My website is about movies, tv series and animé
- My website's content is not 100% done
- I am a beginning webdesigner

Q: Can you give me feedback on the placement specifically for my website?
