    Do not deal with this guy!

    We had an agreement that I was going to purchase from him. Seconds away from submitting payment to him he changes his mind.

    We had a verbal agreement that was met, all of a sudden "His Friend" tells him not to sell.
    I had to sell off one of my own websites at a bargain price to get the cash together to purchase his.

    Very sad. Think twice about about dealing with this person.

    I have all emails saved if anyone would like to see.

    You can see the time of thread, its been long time when I want to sell it. And anyways, If I don't want to sell then whts the problem?, I haven't got the payment from them, before doing any transaction I told them I am not going to deal.
