My PHP & MySQL problems

    Hi
    The first one:
    I want to set my include.php file to be a left aligned menu. Then how can I have the content on the right side, not below the menu?

    I want the page to be reloaded after a selection was made in a dropdown menu then the visitor be brought to another form item.
