    I can't understand it, everything worked well and 2 days ago my forum went blank http://repairpcguide.com/forum/
    Any page I tried to access is blank.:confused:
    The support on the server side tried to upload a backup to no avail.
    Any idea what it can be?
    Please help!
    Thank you

    Nothing, I didn't touch it, even didn't go to c-panel. I was busy with my other sites writing articles, etc...
    I just went on my forum to check things but found nothing but blank page?!
    Thank you for helping me
    Vadim

    Go to root/config.php and enable debug mode. ..so that we can troubleshoot it faster.

    Ok, I found on the net that I need to add this code to the config.php file
    @define('DEBUG', true);
    @define('DEBUG_EXTRA', true);
    Code (markup):
    Is it correct?
    I already added it
    What is next?

    offtopic: I send the payment, please check it out in a moment
    Thanks,
    Vadim

    Check to see if someone uploaded a blank index.html file to the forum directory. And check the date on the index.php file to see when it was last modified.

    If the date on the index.php file is recent, your forum might have been hacked. Unless you made changes to the file, the index.php file should be dated the same day you installed the forum.

    I doubt that could be the case since none of the files on the forum works ..

    http://repairpcguide.com/forum/ucp.php?mode=register
    http://repairpcguide.com/forum/search.php
    http://repairpcguide.com/forum/ucp.php?mode=privacy

    A blank page usually occurs when an edited php file has space infront of "<?" or after "?>". But since the OP said that no files has been modified by him, we need to look a little more deeper into it.

    vad111 if you can provide me with the access details ..i will be more than happy to have a look at it.

    Offtopic : Payment has NOT been received for the promotional directory submission package.

    Best regards,
    MM

    I assume the date is in the beginning of the file and it looks like this:

    * @version $Id: index.php 8479 2008-03-29 00:22:48Z naderman $

    If this is the date, yes I installed the forum around this date.

    Any other idea?

    Yep got the payment for Promotional directory submission service.

    As far as your forum is concerned ..cpanel access would be best.. If not then FTP and admin access.

    Best Regards,
    MM
