    Not so much the header image, but I would move the about/recent posts/comments section to the sidebar or somewhere else to make the content higher up the page.

    Nice custom design. You need to work on your "About" page. It's almost empty save for a picture. The header is nice but a bit too big that it takes out half the browser and there is no way I can read the latest post without scrolling down.

    I am sure you will continue to work on your blog :D
