    Some people said that Geo targeting ads does not shown on the PC. Check it. Or somehow the javascript is being disabled in your PC either by trojon or incidentally. Enable the javascript.

    Google displays Ads using Javascript, if you disabled javascript in your browser, you will not able to see Google Ads.
