My PayPal Issue closed, Help

    I had opened an issue with PayPal against a seller. I had paid and never got my product. But I did not follow up the case and it got closed automatically after 20 days. Can i reopen the case or what are the options.

    Under the rules, you are supposed to escalate the case up to Paypal before the 20 days are up. Failing which, the case is closed and you cannot open the case again

    i think you can give one last try by calling paypal and tell them you are not online and so you could'nt contant paypal after you setup a dispute... maybe your lucky this time and paypal may let you reopen the duspute... however normally paypal go by there rules and since you didnt do anything so i think they might give you -tive reply.. but still i will suggest you to give it a try... let me know what they say...
