    You'll need to send paypal proof of who you are with however many copies of ID they require. They should have sent you an email detailing what they need if not give them a call.

    Login to your Paypal account and go to resolution center and upload and send all documents to Paypal and within 24 hours your Paypal account will be restored to normal :)

    Just go to resolution section under your PP account and do whatever they want you to do to lift limiations from your pp account.

    If they want you to submit documents like utility bills,cc statement then fax them or upload using their site.

    Just follow the guidelines given in the resolution center and you will get your account back soon.

    First you have to login your account then click on remove limitations option, submit everything whatever PayPal will ask. Even you have a question then send a mail to Paypal help centre.

    Then there is no meaning discussing all this. Just go with any other alternate payment processing such as MB,2CO,Alertpay etc.
