My Paypal accounts suspended

    Hello everyone. I just got both my Paypal accounts suspended. They are wanting tons of information where I get my items from and proof of delivery. They removed my bank account and is asking for another.

    How involved does this get?

    What can I do? Its none of their business the information they are asking--I dont think and I have yet to get negative feedback.

    Any advise is helpful.

    first call them and ask why is this. and tell them real details within 5 minutes case will be solved.

    Call them with skype its free
    and tell them what they ask for and within 5 minutes your account will be restored.

    My account is still limited from 20 days after submitting the information in resolution center I have not got any reply from Paypal.
    Please let me what should I do now.

    Try calling them personally over a phone and request for latest feedback.
    You may even try expressing your anxiety over their inordinate delay in restoration and how it is hampering your normal business activity! Emotions do work wonders... at times! :)

    Is your bank HDFC? I have a feeling there is a battle going with HDFC but nobody is answering. Try with another bank, if you have another card. if not, you will have to write to your bank to ask why paypal is rejecting their card---and good luck there!!!!!

    This may be because Paypal is correcting a lot of accounts in one go and is overloaded with work. Also, when they put a limit on my account, I called them after loads of emails. Found nobody had a clue why a flag had been raised. So the person I spoke to rectified it. Best to call them. Yes skype works (though the recorded message will keep asking you to give your phone number to fix the location from where you are calling) but expect to spend as much on skype as they will keep shunting you from department to department and keep putting you on hold inbetween!

    Paypal account limitation is not rare it happens quite often, My paypal account has been limited (personal paypal account), Because they did not believe i am who i say i am, which is 75% of the reason paypal accounts get limited now days, aside from that after i completed the steps in the resolution center it was un-limited within 7 days.

    Calling them is best solution to your problems. Juts give them a call and ask them why and how? and tell them reasons for this. Be genuine and true to them and your issues will be resolved in a minutes.

    They do that to lot of users... if not secret how much transfer of money you do... cause im afraid that they will do to me too :/ :)
