Some one buy my product and he need refund,
And my balance is now negative.
I live in China and I wonder if there's a collector of paypal in China?
I owe them $1,000, that's not huge amount but I hope it's much better that they will charge my debit card to resolve paypal negative balance

Have you checked your transaction history they normally pinged me immediately... if your account has not been suspended in the past you should probably prepare your documentation as they are likely to suspend you and get your to verify that transaction and your identity.

If your credit card is linked to your paypal account then yea they will take it from your credit card.

If you link your card Paypal will hit your card most likely.

If you have been having a good standing the impact might not be much after some verification.

They will not automatically draw against a card or bank account.

However, if you do not get the balance back to positive, they will take any legal action to collect the balance that is available in your country/area. In the US they use bill collectors or will directly sue a paypal member and get a legal judgement. Both of these end up on a credit report.

Use your credit card or bank account to pay the negative balance.
