I can't understand why they limit my account
I tried to send my money (my account is unverified) to another unverified paypal account but it says "Your account has limit"
It means like because i am unverified so i can't send money,
    i tried again
    i tried again
after the the third time i tried, my account was limited

it says i need to provide a proof of address and credit card
    i don't these 2 things, what can I do?
is there some other ways to do this?

i'm so sad now because i put a lot of my effort on ptc websites , now i have $4 in my account
i don't have an verified paypal account because i only want to have some dollars to buy a domain at namecheap (this site accepts unverified paypal)

but now i lose $4 after several months worked hard with ptc sites
when i signed up, i provided the wrong information
so now i can't do anything, can someone help me remove the limitation?
what i really now is just send $4 to another account (that account is verified) and i don't care about this old account, close it or delete it is not important, i'm gonna use the new account,
but the problem is i lost my $4 dollars (i can buy a domain .info for only $1)

need your help please, is it possible to create a fake proof address and add credit card when i don't have credit card
    thanks

It seems that both account were owned by you or the fund transfered were risky for them.

You must provide what Paypal is asking for otherwise they won't release your money. You could get a virtual or prepaid credit card and link that to your account. Make sure that the address on the credit card is the same as your house address. All the best.

Provide the information or get over it; it was only $4, and it isn't too late to switch to another service like AlertPay if your ptc offers it

The best and fastest way to solve problems with them is simply call them. Ask them what the want from you, do it, call them again and close it ASAP.

get a vcc, verify and then withdraw. But then most people are selling it for at least $5...

You can provide them VCC(virtual credit card) it is easy to create and it is not costly. I think it's the best to you can use right now.

I have the same problem. But a friend (who has lots of experiences with paypal) said that getting a VCC is risky. I am currently thinking of buying one but I am skeptical because of what my friend said.

Does anyone experienced being unlimited after being limited? Another friend of mine said that even if you have provided all the docs that Paypal needs, they would still deny it. :(
