    Just go to your resolution section and do whatever they want you to do to remove limitations from your account.

    I tried to verify my debt card, but it is not accepting. So I added my bank account. Now I got verified. Try to add your bank account.

    No all the debit card is accepted. However, i know that most the debit card with VISA/MASTER logo can be used but it will be better if you check with your bank

    If you are unable to understand wat others suggested above , better call paypal and ask them , thts the best way to un limit ur pp a/c.
