i need someone helpful to call paypal from USA from their hotline why is my account limited..?? unfortunately i cant call paypal because im not from USA and the charge in calling abroad is expensive.. ..I already email paypal but they are not replying to me...I follow their procedure of how to get out of that limitation..but no response i need to buy hosting but it needs to be a verified paypal account unfortunately again they limited me so i cant send money....
another question if i apply again maybe for business since i am limited and not personal is it allowable ?? what are disadvantage of paypal business application ..maybe there is a charge sending money like 1$.i dont want it to have charge evry single penny..

Have your paypal account be verified? Verify your account, your credit card is charged around $2, enter the paypal number in your credit card statement, and your limit is lifted.
could any one tell the paypal no so that i can call them through skype. Is it really free for calling them. I am having the same problem. My account got limited. I have already sent the required documents, its still 5 days but no respose of delimiting my account.
