My paypal Account is limited can I return payment to the account from where I recievd

    My paypal account is limited but can I return payment to the account who sended e this money?

    If so where to find that option I can see that

    you can see trasaction details in your mail box which you access for paypal. there paypal sent you mail for every sent and recive payments.

    log in to ur paypal account then find the specific transaction in history then click on check if the REFUND option is available. if yes u can do it. or else no

    There's an time limit on refunding the cash back, it's either 30 or 60 days, can't remember which off hand. So if it's been past that time you will not be able to send back the payment. Also the issue refund option will be at the bottom of the transaction details page.

    Are you not able to upgrade your account?

    Payment is in my account for only last 10 days.

    What you mean by upgrade account I am already a premeir account holder but dont know the reasns why I am limited & not recieved any response from paypal yet.

    You clicked on the transaction details and looked at the bottom page and did'nt see an link called "Issue Refund"? If it's not there not sure what you can do.
