    Posting here won't help you. Better call PayPal customer care and tell them. So, that they can do something. :)

    You can get your CC blocked too by ICICI.

    Strange issue. You should contact PayPal regarding the same because ICICI dispute dept is biased as they not refunded me when i did dispute on a payment some 1 year back.

    i have blocked my cc can i make call to paypal now ?? means custormer care of paypal is accessible now it 2.30PM now in india or let me know when should i call them

    Yeah, I think posting your conerns and the details of your case here in forum would make grays on your case.
    Better contact Paypal and ask for transaction records once your verified your account ownership. Calling them directly through customer support would be better.
