My paypal account got limited

    They are not replying, bcoz they are busy. Further its weekend may be. Usually email replies take days . There is no requirement of video calling them (so no webcam required). Just use skype for calling on toll free number of paypal. You just need to talk - voice call (use headphone and mic and speak slowly)
