My paypal account got limited

My paypal account got limited during the withdrawal of money in my bank i got confirmation mail also from paypal that we are transferring money in your bank account but paypal limited my account and asked me to change my pass and security questions i did this two steps but i don't have credit card to resolve my limitation so i mailed them but they didn't replied my mail yet today is 2nd day of my account got limited.
please help me what should i do

 

Did it really get limited or did you get a spam e-mail saying it was limited?

 

My account really is limited and still limited i got mail in my inbox

 

My account was limited earlier and i had to resolve it by adding a credit card. you must get VVC (virtual credit card) which can be found on the internet priced from $20.

But why did paypal sent me mail from that We're transferring money from PayPal to your bank but they limited my account why?

 

You need to call them via skype which is free.Talk to Paypal customer executive and i think by calling your limitation will be removed

 

You might have withdrawn money from your account but later they found some suspicious activity (that's what they told me in my case) in your transactions.

 

Are you really from India?When I checked IP from which your accessing your Digitalpoint account,it shows IP of United States.Which country are you from-India or United States?

 

I am from india and i am on mobile(uc browser) that why its ip U.S and browser server is also of U.S.

That's the REASON for temporary limitation!
Dont use browsers like UC, operamini etc on cellphone for accessing PAYPAL

 

I agree DumpPaypal, if you login your paypal account with proxy or other IP, paypal will limit your account, and you have to upload some information which can prove you are the own of the account.

 

The only instance in my life when my paypal account got limited was when i had gone to a far away location (away from city) and tried to access my paypal account from Opera mini. They asked for utility bill which i provided and then it was normal!
Since such browsers compress the data using their servers, the ip provided to the paypal is of their servers and not ours. further the ip is of different country like opera mini servers are located in sweden or russia or something !

 

I do not try to access paypal by mobile browser(opera mini,ucbrowser etc.) becoz my brother account was got limited when he login from opera mini and his paypal account was resolve by just uploading pan card image but they ask for credit card but i don't have a credit card but i have a debit card paypal is not verifying and today is 3rd day of limition of my i had sent them mail about this but till now i did got any reply from paypal.

 

Why dont you get Credit Card? You can get Credit card from ICICI,HDFC,SBI,Axis,Yes bank against Fixed deposit

 

If account is urgently important get a VCC, add it and verify and remove the limitation.
Meanwhile also try to apply for a credit card. Some banks , i hear, like HDFC, AXIS etc give credit card, if one even just opens a Fixed deposit of 20000rs.
So later you can remove the vcc and add the original credit card, just to be on safe side, when they ask for credit card statement for any reason (these morons have many shitty reasons) OR you can supply them documents being sold here on DP. I dont know where to ask for that but i heard some people talk about that.

Also why dont you just call them? Get a good connection +mic . install skype and call paypal toll free and speak to an agent and discuss! (All free)

 

Hello Sir, my PayPal got limited and he Need Tracking No. of Some Payment But There no Have any Tracking No. So Please let me know what can i do.

If you have sent a shipment for which you received payment, send them the tracking number and all details you have.
If you have provided a service, tell them the same. Give all the details regarding the service you gave and on what site you are doing it. As simple as that!
If you haven't done anything wrong, don't fake anything. Call them up and tell them the correct info!

 

But can anyone tell me why paypal is not replying my emails? is there any community or forum where can i post my problem? I can't video call them because i don't have a webcam i have to go in a cafe it will be safe?
