    Twice I have had this situation. You just wait for the 180 days and then you can withdraw to your bank account.

    SIMPLY CREATE A NEW A/C WITH YOUR OLD INFO NO PROBS FOR THAT .
    my another 2 a/c got banned .dont know what is the meaning of " potentiallyhigh risk activity "
    paypal sucks very much now a days .
