I don't like paypal the way they act is bad, the only reason they exists because they are popular. I work with other alternatives like alertpay and moneybookers. I don't trust PayPal because lots of people talks bad about it, Google for it and you will find many.

Your account is banned forever. Only thing you can do is,Just change your ip address(If its dynamic). Just create another account(With different email, password). And never login to your previous account without changing your ip.

I suggest calling them, they've done this to me a few times and I just keep calling until one of the reps sympathizes with my situation.

PayPal asks for utility bills and identity proofs to get back your account normal.
I think, you have unverified account. Verified accounts rarely get limited.

If your need is to accept Paypal payments without a Paypal account, just sign up with a service like
    www.plimus.com or share-it.com

They will allow you to take PP payments as well as credit / debit cards. They pay you monthly.

I have used the two. If for any reason they close your account, www.plimus.com will pay you after 90 days, whereas you forfeit your money with Share-it.com

I stopped using the above services. i now use ALertpay.com which allows me to get paid by credit and debit cards. I only have to wait for 7 days (not one month) before withdrawing my money to my US Bank account.
