    Hi..
Today I got a very big problem in my PayPal account. I've Personal account in PayPal. When I logged into my PayPal account, I went to withdraw my balance to my bank account. Everything was going smooth but when I clicked on the withdraw button, PayPal redirected me to my account with the message: "Your account access is limited."

When I clicked on the resolution centre, it listed me to the do the following actions
    1. Confirm your credit card
    2. Update security questions
    3. Change password

I changed my password and security question. But I've never attached any credit card before with my account since I don't have any CC. How do I solve this issue?

Please help me soon... Also if someone has already faced the problem and has solved the issue please guide me.

    Regards

The exact same thing happened with me. Contact them and tell them, only you logged in from your PC and explained them the situation. You Paypal account should be restored within 24 hours.

I did send them an email earlier using the Contact Us link but I asked them the wrong question. Should I send them an email again or wait for their reply first?

Okay, can you please tell me what exactly you sent them? And how much time they took to reply you back? I just tried calling them from my mobile phone but their stupid IVR couldn't verify the Secure Web Pin code neither my valid phone no. :(

I have sent them another email, hopefully they will remove the limits from my account. I have not yet received any reply from them.
P.S. I did went past their IVR but they put me on hold for 15 minutes before terminating my call :(

All i can say is no need to wait for their emal reply, just call them using skype (number already given in earlier post) as its free and that way you can sort out your issue quickly.
