I think there is a javascript trick that someone can use to change the price of your product from your paypal buy now button. thats why its charged as 1 cents,
    well thats my assumption.

Poeple would do this so that they would get an automatic download after the payment even if it is $0.01 rather then $6.

And the other problem is of keylogger.

    You have 2 different problems.

If you are getting 1 cents then the most important thing is you should encrypt your payment details. As paypal supports encrypted links in Subscription and Payment details. DO not expose your Paypal links without encryption.

If any transaction has been done without your permission then click the details of payment and then click on the problem with transaction button.
And claim it as unauthorised transaction

Did you contact paypal support and tell them about the problem? I'm sure they are the better person to answer your problem. I think if somebody transfer money out of your account with your consent, you can always do a chargeback

I think you better reformat and reinstall everything :)

Install anti virus, anti rootkit and maybe a firewall.

I would suggest AVG for anti virus and rootkit free.grisoft.com free for individual uses. Also Zonealarm for firewall.

Use an uninfected computer, login change all your passwords too.
