Hello everyone, this is my first post here. I recently started advertising for eBay through CJ. February is my first month really pushing the eBay link. Now my Feb payment has been denied by CJ. Their review guy seems to think that my site is incentive driven. The site is givemeanipod.com. I post information on how to get a free ipod (Gratis Network). My first 2 suggestions are to buy one new online. The second is find a used on eBay (Affiliate Link), then rest of the site discusses the option of getting a free one. I clearly state that it is Gratis network that gives you the ipod (incentive) if you click their link and sign up for their service. My site does not have the sign up form on it. Just a link to the Gratis network page. I'm really just referring people to other sites. I have reviewed the eBay TOS and it does mention incentive sites. But I don't think that applies to this site as I don't give an incentive to click on the eBay link. From my understanding, an incentive would be click on this link and get a prize for doing so. "(8) Terms Governing Incentive Sites. You will not directly or indirectly offer any consideration or incentive for any Commission-Earning Activity or for clicking on an affiliate program-coded link unless expressly authorized to do so in writing by CJ. Each such written authorization will authorize only one specific incentive. Any subsequent change to an authorized incentive must be re-submitted in writing for authorization by CJ." I'm looking for input on what you guys and gals think. What should I do? I have already submitted a question to CJ but, have received a response. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Eddie
It seems like you show how to get a free iPod...so they think that people will think that you need to join eBay to get a free iPod.
