My partner keeps getting banned

Hello!

My partner who is also a member here keeps getting banned. He recently got banned for 2 months and then today, he got banned again while he has done nothing but talk to a couple of people via PM for pure business reasons.

What I wanted to know is why can a reason not be provided when you ban someone? At least they will know what to avoid next time? You can not really memorize rules and regulations of all the forums and sometimes you make mistakes (being a human).

Although, I can safely say that my partner did not break any rules or got engaged in any kind of discussion which would have led him of getting banned ever other day?

Who should one contact if one has to appeal against the ban? I have tried to find some kind of contact page but could not find it. Please help us!

There is no appeal process. People aren't typically banned for one offense.

So either he's lying to you or he did something that warranted an immediate ban.

I see who your partner is and the ban is not a mistake or un-warranted.
