my partition was lost & converted to RAW, can i get it back?

  1. #1
    i was using acronis to merge 2 drives (one of them is primary & containing the win7)
    the operation failed because of some bad sectors :(
    then the windows7 drive was converted into RAW

    can i get it back? please tell me if you did it before or something like that

    if you use win 7 as your PC System. you don't need extra software like acronis, cause win 7 have app windows management for live partition. you can get back your partition format use that app.. ^^

    yes, but iam working now with the old system (win xp)
    iam thinking about installing windows on it (it's on another hard drive)
    can i install win7 without formatting xp to use this app you are talking about

    well you may try to Recover the data.. there are softwares like R-Studio which recovers the data.. then Format the drive to NTFS....

    You may try get back data(fat or NTFS ) to recover your data. It work for me

    I did not face exactly your problem but i do believe that the best software that can recover as much data as possible are easeus products!
