my pan card showing invalid after verification plz help

    Hi i have a serious problem in my paypal account.i recieved mail that my pan card is invalid after verification


    And when i login to my paypal account i see this

    We could not verify your PAN.
    Please enter a valid PAN and make
    sure your PayPal account name
    matches the name on your PAN
    card . To change your name ,
    please contact us

    and now my account is limited but before that it is not limited.when i make a account in i entered my name for Ex- Mohd Rizvan Ansari because paypal wants three word name.but in my pan card my name is for Ex- Mohd Rizvan and this name is in all my documents and also in my bank account.i also sent a name change request but not reviewed.

    When i am entering my pan card number its showing try different.

    So can anyone tell me how i can back my account to normal.its very urjunt

    Just call them and ask , Also hope no space or extra characters added in PAN No.
    Don't worry as PAN for most of us works here.
    So all you can do is figure it our after calling them
    They might as you send the scan copy but in any case call them and sort it out

    i entered a correct pan card number and it was working from last two months and now it is showing invalid.

    PAN verification is done by third party so wait for 2-3 days. Use the contact form and send them simple reminder.

    I called again to callcenter and I was told to wait 24 hours.
