    Blogger is a little limited, their not a huge amount you can do. I would advise you to get your own domain and use a different blogging plateform. If your investing your time and money on a blog, you should at least own it rather than google.

    The only way to boost page rank is by backlinks. Backlinks are links back to your site from other sites. The best advice is to target sites with high PR than your own and in a similar niche.

    lot of dedication and hard work. you will need to put consistent effort for 2 or 3 years for that kind of traffic.
