If it has already been appealed, which it apparently has based on your screenshot & they've ruled it final, it is. More than likely copyright violations...or fake profile/fans...the only one that can tell you that is Facebook and possibly "Victoria Carmen" who filed the appeal as there should have been some indication of why in the notice prior to the link "Victoria Carmen" clicked to file appeal and in the response to that appeal.
