MY page has 3 Pr but not cache from 3 octomber?

    can any one tell me and please help me :http://www.perceptionsystem.com/php-mysql-programming.html this is my page and i have tried any for cache it urgent also i have bookmark it and also i have comment posting also link in wordpress but dear all only this page not cache so please tell me which problem i am facing and guide me what should i do also i have changed content recently please help me.

    I think there may be the problem of sitemap, you firstly add sitemap to your blog and don't change your content so frequently. Work continuously in OFF page optimization.

    It is already cached on 3 Oct 2009 18:53:30 GMT.

    For getting the pages to be easily cached by search engines, follow "web page creations" strategy. This works out fine than any other.

    Yes sure,
    Suppose you are frequently changing the content of your web page there may be the chances that a search engine find new content every time. when some one type any keyword in search engine it will direct to your web page, but he wouldn't find the relevant content on that web page because it has been changed. I hope I could make it clear to you.
