My own SEO or wordpress plugin?

    I've been doing my own keyword research for titles etc.. But is this old fashion?
    I'm new to wordpress and I see they have all kinds of SEO plugins, can I trust them?

    Hi,

    You can use "all in one seo pack".
    It is free and trusted seo plugin. I have used it for years and I think it is the best seo plugin.
