    Hi there:

I'm hosting my website and domain name at netfirms. As name servers I use ns1.netfirms.com and ns2.netfirms.com.
I would like to set nameservers as ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com. Is it possible and if it's possible HOW?

You need to add those entries to the domain's DNS on your server, and then change the nameserver entries with your registrar.

Add the nameservers in your domain's control panel, add the ips of your existing ns1 and ns2. To find the ips all you need to do is ping those nameservers. :) if you arent a noob i dont have to tell you that.

Now get back to the dns zone in your control panel and create A records for the ns and the respective IPs. It should start pinging soon, and you can go ahead and start using them for your domains.
