My own impressions (and eCPM )

I’m new to Adsense and have a question about Page Impressions and page eCPM…

I’ve signed up for Revenue sharing here, have a blog which I check daily & post two ever day or two. I also have a forum, but have yet to implement adsense on it. I know that according to the TOS I’m not allowed to do any of my own clicking, but what of impressions, I certainly can’t stop that on discussion sites.

So how are my own impressions handled by Google?

If you don't visit your site 100 times a day, it may not be a problem.

If I add it to my forums I refresh forumhome likely 100+ times a day.

I guess I could disable it for admin, but I'm hoping I wont need to do that.

Adlogger will block my own impressions then?

Are there alternatives to Adlogger...things that are popular seem to break when I use them (see how youtube & I got along)

Anyways, thanks! I'll check Adlogger out.
