I posted this here because, as the rules say, i can post anything i desire so sorry i didn`t posted in Adsense forum but i tought that this is the right area for it as the subject is more like a conspiracy theory rather than an actual adsense subject.

First of all, I want to start by saying that i have used Adsense and i got banned right before payment. It was
not a big sum as many will think but it was a big sum for me : almost $100. I was banned at $94. Right now i am
using Adsense on a website that is not producing money trough Adsense or the other ad network i am using. Also,
i am Romanian so sorry for my grammar mistakes.

But this article is not about me, it is about the leaker and the fact that no one will take it serious and
that everybody (except the ones who got banned ) is taking it like is some kind of joke. Even if it is a fake,
even if it is an atempt to sabotage Adsene, the leaker is asking the right questions in the end.
The main arguments that are in favor of Google, that are defending Google are :
    1. Why Google f--ck the publisher when it needs them to display ads ?
    2. Google is not keeping the money of the banned users because they return it to the advertisers.

In all the comments i have read over the internet, everybody is saying that the groups/categories doesn`t exists, yet, forbes.com has
a blank page with an ad on it on every link. Is true that i didn`t find any other website that violates Adsense rules like that,
but i didn`t searched any other. Let`s say the groups doesn`t exists.
Let`s see if the dates are adding up to what the fake leaker says : google.com/trends/explore#q=adsense%20disabled
Maybe is a coincidence, maybe not. If u search for Adsense banned/Adsense disabled, u will find alot of people, with monthly incomes from
$100 to $10.000 saying that their account were disabled without a reason.
Here are some link to those articles :
    1. gauherchaudhry.com/why-google-adsense-is-a-bad-primary-source-of-revenue/
    2. my4hrworkweek.com/adsense-account-disabled/
    3. zacjohnson.com/google-adsense-account-disabled-wtf/
    4. nichepursuits.com/i-just-got-banned-from-google-adsense-now-what/
    5. news.ycombinator.com/item?id=7672910
-- And read all the comments from the articles about the leak on the websites that posted the story --

Adsense has about 2 million publishers and growing because they pay very good and you don`t have alot of work with it. U just place
the code and that`s it, you get targeted ads. When i say that they pay good, i mean that they pay the majority. If only 5 percent is banned
without reason, that a large figure. A very large figure. The big ones are calm and getting payed.
The biggest problem is that Adsense won`t give any reason for closing the accounts and lack of transparency. I understand that they don`t want us to know how the system works, because then, we can learn to use that against them and make invalid clicks. But it feels like you
are getting fired without reason. It hurts and it makes you very mad. Maybe so mad that you will make a story and post it on pastebin.
Maybe the leaker is a banned publisher.
When i was banned i would have killed for a reason. Any reason. I wasn`t so dumb to click my own ads, and i guess someone who earns $10k
is not so dumb to violate the rules because it is afterall 10K !
For this reason, this all leaking is maybe true. Because they hide under the reason that we can learn their method to catch bad guys. If
they said : your account is blocked because u had 5 ads on a page or u clicked 100 times on the ad from header using this ip-s or i don`t
know what reason , i guess i couldn`t find out how the system works, right ? And anyway i was banned for life from the system. How could
i use that information against them ?

Well, maybe for those who didn`t get banned, or for those who are not working with Adsense, this can look like a Roswell story, or
Area 51 but it`s not that fantastic. It`s not a conspiracy theory. It`s a problem that need`s to be solved : Lack of trasnparency.

Why would Google bann publishers when anyway the money are getting back to advertisers ?

Let`s make an exercise and asuming that i earn 10k a month and like a dumb, i click my own ads in the end of the month right before
payout. Let`s asume that i always widraw at 10K and this month, when i have 9.9K i click my ads to get to that 10K. I am only clicking
for 100$ because i want the payout. Google banns me. Why Google send the whole 10K to the advertiser when the rest of 9.9K is true clicks ?
The advertiser has no reason to ask for it, and Google has no reason to give them ! So , 100$ back to advertiser, and 9.9K to Google.
If the bans are without reason, Google also has no reason to give the money back because there`s no logic in giving back the money. They are covered. The advertiser had valid clicks and so the money are staying at Google.

The leaker said that Google was trying to make their finnancial target and that can be a reason to bann the accounts. Alot of money in a
    quick way. Right ?
Let`s asume again that the leaker is fake : Why Google, when is banning without a reason ( even if they say there is one, no one received a clear reason ), they keep the money ? Why they don`t give the money to the publisher ? Ok , you cheated for 100$ . Here`s the rest that
you have earned in the right way and get lost ! We are not working with you ever.
That i guess it`s a way to handle the bad publishers that leaves no way to think about Adsense cheating. That`s a professional way to
    handle this kind of situations.
If the categories are true ( red, blue, green ), and if Google really needed money ( they are a stock based company and the financial statements are very crucial - it`s not like Google didn`t had money ), if they banned like 5% of publishers, they could have earn a nice
sum of money. Good enough to make that finnancial quarter look better. Remember, the leaker says that only the ones that don`t have the
power to create negative PR are targeted.
Maybe it sound Sci-Fi for many but you can see the comments of how many were banned on the days before the payout : news.ycombinator.com/item?id=7672910

Google needs the publishers because those are getting them money
Right. Google is an advertising based company and sure they need the publishers. But not all of them ! They have about 2 million publishers
so if they f--k 5% of them it`s not like they are going broke. They make some good money banning them, and anyway those publishers will come
back. Why ? Because if i make even 1K a month with Adsense for let`s say 3 months, and in the 4th month i get banned, i will return to them with another account, on other name. Because they pay good when they pay and it`s little work like i said above.

This is why it is hard to believe that Google could have done this. This is why it`s hard to believe that Google cheats on the ads section.
They pay, but at the same time they steal. They have positive reviews from the ones that get payed, and the ones banned are complaining on
a dead section of google products forum. Good strategy right ? Conspiracy theory, right ?

I guess the bottom line is that :

    1. Adsense needs to give good reasons for banning and a support to banned ones.
    2. Adsense needs to pay the money that were earned by the banned ones and keep only the money earned in bad ways.

    - What is courious, is that i am banned on one account. On the other hand, i made recently an account on my own name and same details as
the banned one with only the website changed, and got approved.

It were a fraud if i used other name. But i used my own name, same address, e.t.c. I didn`t cheated the system in any way. The system let me register and someone approved my account even if on the same name (e.t.c.) i was banned. It should have been a red flag over my whole details.
I guess a fraud is when u bypass the system/rules. Explain how i bypassed the rules ?

Google make it really clear that you are NOT permitted to open another account if you are banned! You are committing fraud and cheating the system by doing so!

    Thank you !
@ineedfreedom - Maybe. But i wounder why i got approved in the first place. I guess it should have been a red flag. I don`t know. I guess i should have been on a black list or something.

I understand perfectly. You committed fraud to get that account. As soon as they make the link, it will also be banned. If you read what you agreed to when you first joined, then you would know that they reserve the right to take further action against you above just banning you.

Its not my opinion. Its fact.
Fact: You opened another account after you were banned
Fact: Google specifically says don't do that and you agreed in the contract you had with Google that you would not do it
...if that is not fraud, the what is.

You are a fraudster and a scammer. Its is because of people like you that Google needs to take the kinds of action that are alleged in your opening post. It is people like you that is ruining it for the rest.

Seriously, did you never bother to read the AdSense policies or help centre?!

    See:
    https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/57153#q3

But, most importantly (what you agreed to when you signed up):
    https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms

    And:

The relevant parts have been snipped and highlighted. It doesn't matter what your twisted morals and ethics are. When YOU signed up YOU agreed to Google's terms.

There is a difference between not being allowed and it actually happening. You're not allowed to participate in clickfraud, but people still do it. Just like with clickfraud, they will eventually catch up with you with regards to second accounts.

Look around you in life - there is plenty that you're not allowed to do, but people still do it (and usually end up facing the consequences).

The lack of transparency in adsense system has always been questioned even before this leak controversy.
why everybody is only talking about why OP made a duplicate account(As I see he has been honest about admitting it). But nobody is talking about google's shady and fraudulent tactics, the way they steal money from publishers, which is the original topic of the discussion.
Here is my opinion on the matter. Whenever this topic comes under discussion on such forums there are always some people who start posting in favour of Google. These people typically fall under three categories:

    1. They are naive(even stupid). This is how they think.
"hey!!! google is so big........... even the God of internet these days... they will never scam anybody. Period!!!!"

    2. They are just trolls. They like when they see other people tensed and enjoy the situation.

" hey you got banned by google?.. nice because you deserved this... They always ban scammers like you... Good job google."

    3. It is possible that google may have hired people for image building and these people could be paid posters. They visit different forums/communities/blogs (where needed) and comment or post in favour of Google. They try to defend the point of view of google but identify as someone who is no way affiliated with google and just an ordinary poster.

There would be no point in Google banning publishers to grab a few thousand. It would earn them peanuts compared to the billions they make and a large part of the way they make this money is through publishers, as they provide such a wide exposure for advertisers. Without this, they would make much less money. Boohoo if they ban people who violate the rules and rip-off advertisers. Would you as an advertiser feel happy to be ripped off by someone doing fraudulent clicks, sending crap traffic and similar? I doubt it. People forget that money from fraudulent activity is either not charged or returned to advertisers. This so-called "leak" reads like utter fiction by someone pissed off at Google. Oh my, how unique (!), someone made up yet another conspiracy about Google (!).

Now let's consider the other type of people that come up in discussions about Google:
    1. They have tunnel vision in believing Google has to be evil and view anyone thinking otherwise is a paid shill. (Heaven forbid that someone is objective.)
    2. People whose feelings are hurt because they have been banned/penalised and an anti-Google rant makes them feel better. (This kind of thing happens in all areas of life, so there is no point in denying that people do it with regards to Google.)
    3. People who are jealous of Google's success (such as Microsoft, a fine example of a pointless Google-basher, and a company that is usually doing the same that they accuse Google of).
    4. And so on.
It is actually possible for a business, large or small, to make money without screwing people over. Making customers/service users/clients/whatever happy means repeat business, which means more money.

I don't know if they do it deliberately, but couple of my friends got banned in similar circumstances just before they were going to take their money like with $96 or $297. They didn't consciously do anything that violates Google's Terms and conditions, but Google still found something to ban them without paying. So, this crap just happens from time to time.
