well, as you can see. the portfolio is straight to the point.

what do you think?

 

The header is massive. It detracts from your work in my opinion. It would make me question whether or not to bother clicking the links to see your work.

The contact link is also over-sized and in truth because it's a web design service and my immediate impression was a bad one, it would put me off purcashing from yourself.

I don't buy web designs but if I did, I'd only buy from a website that I went on and though "WOW, love the layout" and I don't get that impression from your site unfortunately.

It can be changed though, it's just a few tweaks that are required really

 

good color combinations and photo tools are good

I think you are on the right track - Your front page is pretty clean and the purpose is clear.

Maybe get some more useful information above the fold line: Latest projects, a couple price packages - that kind of thing might keep your visitors there longer.

If you were thinking about hiring a web designer, what would you want to know?
