My Niche Finding Formula

    In order to find a good niche, I use the formula:

    (CPC x avg. search volume)/(google results for keyword)

    The higher the value, the better the keyword. Is this a good strategy?

    For longevity, you might include a factor that takes into account "your interest in the keyword"

    Your formula is fine. But how do you know the CPC?

    you can get cpc from different software...adword analyzer for example is one.
