    I think it looks good. Good ad placement.

    I am not a big fan of Php-Nuke sites though. You might also want to get a mod_rewrite hack for it as your urls are not very friendly.

    Yeah really make them more discrete or even better - Get rid of them. If it's a non profit website, you don't need them.

    More pictures i'd say...

    Center the 'DEAL WITH ACNE' title...

    ...and then stick a BIG picture underneath of someone with spots all over their face.

    Nice site, the colours are nice and clinical, i personally don't think that you have too much Ads.
    I am not sure why so many are advising you to remove it altogether.

    Check http://validator.w3.org you have 55 errors, (but I think the problem is with phpNuke really).
