My new website for AdSense publishers, needs to avoid any obvious mistake

Hello, I launched a new website dedicated to AdSense publishers 2 weeks ago and didn't ask yet for a review.
Since it is a multiusers site I need to make sure there is no obvious mistake left, in any domain of expertise. It doesn't have to be stunning, but at least not to have anything which would deter AdSense publishers from using it.

Could you please have a look at it, browse a little and tell me if you see anything missing or which needs to be corrected?

In exchange I could give you a review on ad placement if you'd like, I have a few years experience with that part at least.

    Cheers,
    James

I forgot to give you an url, it's http://www.best-reviewer.com but it was in my signature all this time, so I don't think that's the reason why I got no answer.. or is it?

OK, now it's been 2 months and a half since launch. I think the site is doing ok. Design is very simple but CTR is good.
It's very easy to create tops so that I have high success rate, but still I have stupid members who can't even understand the nature of tops, so I delete them and their content posted, I can't be bothered to talk to them or teach them. It's too simple to have any excuse for not understanding it :)

Hi there.I like the look of ur website.Suggestions : the midle add is a little intrusive, change his place(put it at the left like a vertical banner)and ad a link add at the top middle of the page (something like a menu or a header, but still add:) ).I didnt understand why u used 3 link adds at the right when u can use 1 with more links, i think is better change it and use only 1 ad, so u can use the other 2 google let u in other places of ur pages (i supose u know google lets u use only 3 ads / page). I like it, is clean and clear.Keep up the good work ;)

I used adlink, three blocks of 4 links each, one above the other so that it looks like a menu in the column. I found this placement works well and doesn't take that much space.

As for the middle block, as you can see I've changed things a bit. The first ad block is mine and the second and third in the page are those of my members and referrers.

Thank you for your feedback AndaS
