Looks nice, there is not really much to reveiw though. It is a shame you used tables for your layout being such a simple design it would have been so easy to have used a CSS layout and it would have massivly redused your coding had you done this and used you CSS file properly. There are a few validation errors to due to this. Like the look for the forum too. Nice work.

Indeed, welcome emily. I'm curious how you managed to get 7 women signed up as penpals (all of them with major English errors even the americans). Otherwise, it all looks nice and simple. I like that. Good luck.

Nice fast loading site. However I would add more images and graphics to the site to spruce it up a bit. Thats just me talking though!
I really like SIMPLE sites, but in this case, as it's a flirt/chat site you should add more color and some moving parts ie: animation or flash. Just to give it a vibe.
