Well i have just finished building a website for a local Hair salon company, I uploaded the site to a previously completely empty server on a domain which was registered less than a week ago. On its primary keyword the website was number one position on google search lists within 24 hours, it also ranked number 14 on its secondary keyword after 24 hours. Further more the site is 95% built using Adobe Flash software, which Google does not index, i have written a post on my blog describing the technique i used to achieve a high Google ranking so quickly. Most sites take weeks to even index in search results on Google!
