    Looks pretty well.

    Though I have some questions/suggestions:

    1. You use the <h1> tag twice.
    2. You have almost a page of text in your <h2> tag, which is not very smart I think.
    3. I would increase a bit the spacing between the icons at the top of the page.
    4. I would add some text-decoration on :hover for the links.
    5. I would add some style to the link on the big red thingie.

What gives with all the lang tags? First off most of them could be applied to the parent container (like in your LI, just assing lang to the UL), in fact the whole thing looks like english so why not just declare that on the body?

I'll second everything Philopoemen said as well... though I'll explain why

Only use H1 once - I'd probably put the site title inside a H1 then use a image replacing span to put your logo background over it.... Then you can drop the other H1's to H2.

Change that H2 with the paragraph of text in it to a P. That is no longer a header - at that point it's content.

Hover/Active effects - some browsers don't have overriding active states, and right now with the mouse it's hard to tell if things are actually links or not.

Lose the icons in the list unless you plan on making them do something - otherwise it just looks silly AND wastes bandwidth.

Still, I've seen FAR worse, if these are the biggest issues we can come up with, you did damned well.
