    You seem to have a bit of positioning problem.
    The links dont seem to be on the right spot at the homepage.

    Your table with the "not aligning" links has 4 columns and 1 row.
    So why not have a row for each cathegory of links? That way when you have more lines of links in above will not push down whatever is located under them.

    I don't necessarily fancy the look of this site.. Its a little to plain, and there is something missing.. it kinda looks cheap, no offense.. It needs more, but its up to you... Good luck!
